The Origin of Harrison & Co.

Having owned and operated companies in the restaurant development space since 2010, the core response to "What do you do for a living?" was always clear: "I develop people... I just happen to develop restaurants too."

In the latter part of 2025, after months of journaling, prayer, and seeking wise counsel, a defining question emerged: What would it look like to start a company that develops people... and also happens to develop people? Harrison & Company Performance Coaching was born out of that vision and officially launched on February 1, 2025.
